Dominic Danvers
Solicitor
Dominic is a solicitor and deals with both litigious and transactional property work.
He is an expert in residential leasehold law particularly leasehold reform including statutory lease extensions, statutory freehold purchases, the right of first refusal and the right to manage. Dominic also specialises in service charge disputes.
Dominic understands the many issues which come from owning residential leasehold property and prides himself on resolving those issues whilst delivering excellent customer service for leaseholders.

I am an experienced leasehold enfranchisement solicitor acting for both landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement matters. I have handled a variety of high value and complex leasehold enfranchisement matters both for private individuals and companies.
I also have years of experience of acting for high net worth individuals in and around Central London seeking to extend the leases of their properties/seeking to acquire the freehold of their properties. I have a broad experience in dealing with both voluntary and statutory lease extension matters as well as voluntary and statutory freehold acquisitions.
Mayowa Thomas

I joined Leasehold Law in January 2017 as a Paralegal. I work in the transactional team and specialise in lease extensions. I also deal with freehold purchases of both houses and flats. I enjoy helping our clients and strive to provide a great level of service throughout the process.
My personal interests include singing and fashion.


Kariesha Assanah
Paralegal
I am a paralegal with responsibility for our projects supporting leaseholders with a doubling ground rent within their leases. It is my job to provide a high standard of legal advice to the leaseholders on the implications of them having a doubling ground rent provision in their lease. I also deal with lease extensions and I am responsible for investigating title and drafting and serving the S42 Notices.
My hobbies include singing, dining out, movies and going to the gym.
Lorena Stewart

I started as a legal administrator for Leasehold Law in November 2018 dealing with the Taylor Wimpey scandal. I was promoted to Group Project Co-ordinator in August 2019.
Within this role, I help to ensure that projects are run smoothly and efficiently. I also support the firm's solicitors and paralegals as and when needed.

I joined Leasehold Law in September 2017 as a Legal Assistant, with responsibility of managing reception and assisting with client and general queries. I support Paralegals and Solicitors by assisting with HM Land Registry applications and other administrative tasks.
My ambition is to qualify as a Lawyer and help my clients with a variety of leasehold issues, including extending their lease.

I joined Leasehold Law in July 2020 as a Caseworker assisting with all stages of the lease extension and freehold purchase transactions. I am responsible for both the initial and final stages of the process. I strive to help all our clients and to make the process efficient and simple to understand.
I graduated with a Masters in Law with an LPC from the University of Westminster in November 2018.

Louie Burns
Partner
Passionate about the rights of leaseholders, Louie is well-known for his campaigning work on behalf of leaseholders. Louie regularly appears in the media as an expert, and presents at events, seminars and conferences in the wider property industry. Louie co-authored the Leasehold Valuers Relativity Graph 2017, which is now widely accepted in the sector and has been used in a number of recent tribunals.
